30-Day First Claim Challenge
Welcome to the Challenge. Over the next 30 days, we'll help your practice submit its first real medical insurance claim — start to finish, with support the whole way.
How the program works
The Challenge runs on three calls with your onboarding specialist:
- Call 1 — Discovery & Setup. We set up your account and walk through how the Challenge works.
- Call 2 — Team Training. Your team learns the day-to-day workflow: recording visits and collecting insurance cards.
- Call 3 — Submit Your First Claim. We build and submit your first real claim together.
Between calls, we need two things from your practice, consistently:
- Record every applicable visit.
- Collect medical insurance cards from patients as they come in.
Everything else in this program supports those two habits.
Weekly breakdown

| Week 2 | Building the Habit | Visits being recorded, insurance cards being collected |
| Week 3 | First Real Case | A qualifying visit identified and documented |
| Week 4 | Submission | Claim submitted and tracked |
