First Claim Challenge Itinerary
Free. No experience required. Over the next 30 days, we'll walk your team through submitting your practice's first real medical insurance claim — start to finish.
- A real medical claim, submitted and tracked. Not a demo — an actual case from your practice.
- Your whole team trained on collecting insurance cards, recording visits, and using Coral.
- A clear picture of what's billable in your practice, based on your own numbers.
- No cost, no software commitment. This program is completely free.
How it works — three calls over 30 days
Call 1: Discovery & Setup (~30 min)
- Quick intro. Confirm your role and how your practice currently handles billing.
- A rough, practice-specific estimate of what could be billable to medical insurance.
- Get your Coral account created and your team invited.
- A walkthrough of adding a patient, recording a visit, and uploading an insurance card.
- Confirm your challenge deadline — your first claim submitted within 30 days.
Call 2: Team Training (~30 min)
- Hands-on training for your hygienists, assistants, or whoever's recording visits.
- How to start a recording and what to say to support a strong claim.
- Office manager training: uploading patients, running eligibility checks, submitting claims.
- By the end of this call, your team should have at least one real visit recorded.
Call 3: Submit Your First Claim (~30 min)
- We'll pick a real, qualifying visit together.
- Walk through submitting the claim and tracking it on your Coral dashboard.
- Submit it. Your first medical claim, done.
- Talk through what happens next for your practice.
Record every visit. This is how we generate the documentation and medical necessity narrative needed to bill medical insurance. Record as many as you can — the more, the better.
Collect medical insurance cards. Just like you already do for dental. This is what lets us confirm coverage and submit a clean claim.
